Upon completion of the sponsorship form, a member of the CGHA will contact you to arrange payment via check, credit/debit card, or PayPal.
Your sponsorship is not confirmed until payment has been received.
Branded item selections are subject to availability and each branded item is available for sponsorship only once. If your selection has already been chosen by another sponsor, a member of the CGHA will contact you to discuss your options for other branded items.
If your sponsorship includes branded items, website logo placement, and/or website advertisements, a member of the CGHA will contact you to provide these files.
